Phone Orders:  If you prefer to order by phone, please call (847) 242-0130 Monday-Friday 10:00am - 5:30pm Central Standard Time.

Ordering and Payment:  BlackSheep General Store accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping:  All items will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS and should arrive within 2-3 business days from the ship date.  If you need express delivery, please contact customer service at stephanie@blacksheepgeneralstore.com or call (847) 242-0130.

Backorders: If we are currently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you immediately of the anticipated ship date via email and you may choose to complete or cancel your order.

Return Policy:  We sincerely hope you're happy with each and every purchase.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost.  Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

Sales Tax:  Orders delivered within the State of Illinois are subject to 9% sales tax.
